The primary aim of methodology and didactics training is to prepare training staff to plan lessons efficiently and to adapt delivery to the needs of trainees, while increasing the learning outcomes of participants. In recent years, the scope of training content has expanded significantly due to the increasing regulation of safety-critical areas associated with rising safety standards. As part of the methodology seminar, vocational trainers are introduced to basic pedagogical concepts and principles that are widely recognised and can be effectively applied in company training, particularly in safety-critical areas. These fundamentals support trainers in planning and implementing lessons in a targeted and effective way. Methodology encompasses the entire spectrum of teaching methods, strategies, tools and principles that can be employed for modern and high-quality knowledge transfer.
